What an NPC. I really wondered how just a single encounter could stand on its own. After reading it, I get it. The layout is great. No filler, but so rich. Character reminds me of the Saint of Killers. I’m absolutely using this soon. Going to be a very bad day for the characters that meet him on the road.
This is excellent. An elegantly designed, easy to use pamphlet that presents a truly horrible villain. Perfect at many difference scales, ranging from a single, horrible encounter to an ongoing nemesis that haunts your PCs. Love it.

This is delightful. I love having bastardous NPCs to toss into an adventure.
