Hi, I just got the Inferno trilogy and plan on starting Wrath of God this weekend. While reading through the PDFs I found 2 things that made me curious. In WoG it says theres a companion page but that seems to still be under construction, is that still planned to fully release? And the second is about Meat Grinder, I´ll try to keep it spoilerfree. In the Pale Forest when the PCs are on board the X after removing the thing and the X does its thing... how was that handled during playtesting? A hook for the next session or would it just be the end for those PCs?
Hey! Regarding the Wrath of God page, it got a little derailed after the WIP 1e ship rules kept evolving in development, but I do plan to return to it someday and finish it!
As for your second question: You could use it as a hook for the next session, or possibly as a form of "retirement" for PCs. I don't think it ever came up in my playtesting, but I'd probably leave it to the players. Maybe their characters are canonized as rimspace martyrs, or they want to run a heaven campaign. The latter would certainly take some work from the Warden.
Finaly finished the trilogy last weekend, Meatgrinder was easily the highlight! It came just as I feared, we decided to retire the characters because who in their right mind would try to get out of heaven XD Only thing I missed was a bit of a lore page what actually transpired in hell. But other than that, one of my favorite adventures so far!
I got the trilogy from exalted funeral, the pdfs arent updated for 1e there. Is there a conversion errata somewhere i could print out and stuff in the box i keep these in?
Hey, I'm sorry about that! I just sent an email over to EF to make sure those PDFs get updated to 1e. I don't have a conversion guide, but I've asked EF to send out updated 1e digital downloads to people who bought the 1e versions. Hopefully you'll get those soon.
